Berghaus Freeflow

Berghaus Freeflow

The Berghaus Freeflow is a premium hiking pack featuring a unique suspended air-frame and 3D-printed lumbar pads designed to maximize airflow and keep your back cool without compromising load stability.

Bits and Bobs

A backpack, but our job wasn't the bag itself — it was the frame and lumbar pads. The frame model arrived as a small challenge on a plate: not exactly a joy to work with, but we made it behave. The idea: show the frame shape, then the heat dissipation, then how the frame and pads stop your back turning into a swamp — thanks to the technology, obviously. I prepped most of the assets, simulated air moving through the frame, a visual representation humming along in the background, and the pads doing their squishiness. Then I comped the exports and called it done.
