Hi, I'm Raf. Eighteen-plus years in the digital arts — which means I was there for the 2D Flash era, when whole websites were held together by tweened rectangles and blind optimism. I've since moved on to more respectable software: Houdini, Redshift, the kind of tools that make Flash look like a Fisher-Price toy. A decade in the UK, and these days I operate between the UK and Poland as a 3D artist and creative technologist — which sounds very cosmopolitan until you realise it mostly means more time in airports than I'd like.
On paper, I do high-end product visualization and procedural systems. Off paper — which is where I prefer to work — I enjoy all of it, but the territory I love being in most is R&D, texturing and animation: the unglamorous bits nobody puts on a business card, but where the magic actually happens. I've spent the last few months perfecting — and taming — the bear that is "vibe coding" and AI agents, wiring tools like ComfyUI, VS Code, Pi and Hermes into traditional 3D workflows so the machines do the heavy lifting and I get to look clever. Fuelled by curiosity, and a quiet refusal to be outrun by whatever comes next.
Bringing static ideas to life with a bit of math and a lot of keyframes.
This is where I spend most of my time — obsessing over lighting, physics, and how things move. Which is a polite way of saying I'll notice a shadow that's half a degree off, and it'll bother me more than it should. I'm a sucker for the "how did they do that?" effect, whether it's a hyper-real product render or a fluid simulation that's frankly showing off. My goal is to bridge the gap between high-end CGI and clean, impactful motion graphics that actually tell a story — because a pretty render with nothing to say is just a very expensive screensaver.
What I do: Motion / CGI / 3D Visualization / Product Rendering / Simulations / Animation
The Gear: Houdini, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Unreal Engine, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Fusion.
Collaborating with machines and AI agents to build faster and smarter.
I don't just "use" AI — I treat it as a creative partner. The kind of partner who never asks for a raise, works weekends without complaint, and only occasionally misunderstands me in spectacular fashion. From "vibe coding" my way through new ideas to building custom agentic workflows, I'm all about pushing what's possible with generative tech. I'm deep into prompt architecture and local LLMs — a fancy way of saying I've learned to ask a machine nicely until it does what I actually meant. The boring stuff gets automated, the big ideas get the room. Everybody wins — especially me.
The Vibe: Vibe Coding / AI Agents / Prompt Engineering / AI Collaboration / Tool Proficiency
The Stack: OpenCode, Pi Agent, Antigravity, ComfyUI, Hermes, VS Code, Supabase, PocketBase, Qdrant, Gemini, and GitHub.
